Love it. I always thought Solemates were too pricey for what they are.

    Those are awesome!

I got sole-mates for my wedding and they didn’t even work, they were either too big or too small for all the heels and no one ended up wearing them.

Those look like they’ll actually work!

Hurray for hardware store fans! I’m skipping heels entirely but I think this is great.

Love it!!! I’m having a battle with my Momzilla at the moment – apparently although my dream has always been to have an outdoor wedding on grass I should reconsider because my Mom can ONLY wear stilettos with both dresses she’s bought. No other shoe in the entire world will do and she can’t not wear one of these dresses.

Thanks for the idea, I’ll be in HD aisle 5 if anyone needs me 😉

Yay for being inventive! You could always take some silver craft paint and paint them so they blend in a little better.

Those are awsome.  We are trying to decide on venues and want outdoors (but the thought makes me sad if I can’t wear my strassed heels)so this is the perfect solution! And YES to strassing or coloring the caps.

This is sooooooooo funny yet sooooo genius. If at the rehersal I find I am sinking into the ground, I am totally going to HD before the ceremony!!

ETA: OMG OP, please strass them, hahahahahah that would be too good.

I think strassing or coloring them would make them perfect. This is such a cool idea.
