I am looking for an ultra thin eternity band (or faux eternity)-the kind that is so thin that you can barely see the individual diamonds, but they sparkle like all get out.  Anyone know where to find these?  I often see women with halo settings or rings with very large center stones and smaller diamonds ringing the entire e-ring wearing 2 of these-one on each side of the ring, but I can't find photos or any stores!

PS: Some links or pics of actual Bees who have this ring(s) would be great!  Thanks, ladies -you always come through!

I haven't gotten my band yet but the one that matches my e-ring is like that.   It's by Stardust.  It looks like my band has been dipped in glitter it sparkles so much.

I've seen ones at the local jeweler here. They're about 1mm in width. But because it's so thin, the diamonds sit very high. Keep in mind it may not look right if your e-ring band is not as high. Sorry I don't have any pics for reference, but I hope that helps.

    Thanks, girls!

@Laura: no picture of a band loaded. :( But "dipped in glitter" is exactly the way I'd describe what I'm looking for!

@justeen: my e-ring looks like this:

Ultra thin eternity band : wedding eternity ultra thin band faux Tiffany Heart Ring

I wear it on my right hand.  I am just looking for a ultra thin diamond band to stack with my simple, thin white gold wedding band that looks like this:

Ultra thin eternity band : wedding eternity ultra thin band faux DF0311

I think I should definitely go to a local jewelry store to try one on to see how it looks with my band -they'll probably know exactly what I am talking about!  The info about it being 1mm thick is very helpful!  Thanks again!!

What you are thinking of is a micro-pave band. Just be warned that the stones have a tendency to fall out because they are so tiny and it's very difficult to set them securely. Any experienced jeweler will tell you the same thing.

Okaaay..good to know, Nexus.  Thanks!  I certainly don't want a ring that the diamonds fall out of.  I guess maybe I'll go back to my safety -a thin white half eternity band with channel set diamonds.  Thanks again -I wouldn't have wanted to find out the hard way!  (But at least now I know what it's called!)

Just found a pic in a PM that someone sent me.  Micro pave WAS what I was talking about!  My band sits a little higher (unusual design-it was my mother's), so that might work b/c the micro pave DOES sit high.  I just don't know now if I want a ring where the diamonds might fall out all of the time!  I guess I should just go try some on.  I have time -I just wanted to give hubs an idea of what I'd like for an anniversary band.

this sounds like my set..a halo engagement ring sandwiched by two eternal pave diamond wedding bands.  Is this what you're looking for?

@ TTLT -Yep, that's it!  That's what I was talking about with the halo setting and 2 rings!

I found an etsy seller throught a PM that sets each tiny diamond with prongs that you can't even see so they don't fall out!!

@eileen marie: if you go to a jeweler ask to see their 1.5 - 1.8 - 2 mm wide eternity bands.  I think you're looking for a micro pave set eternity band.

I have a rose gold shared prong eternity band thats 1.8mm wide with 2mm wide diamonds. Here is a junky cell phone pic I just took so you can see it on a hand, LOL - - It looks bigger in this picture but its pretty small and delicate
