And I made my man this "pimp cup" for his bachelor party. They are going a week before the wedding to Vegas. (meh) But anyways, I plan on giving it to his best man to give to him on the plane w/ 100 dollar bill inside of it and a note that says "first round is on me." (Just to show how "cool" I am....) But clearly I am NOT cool b/c I made (well, embellished) this:

My vote is embarrassing. I think you should give it directly to your FI because he might not want others to see it.
I love it. You know your man best. Of course, it's his friends might be the problem here... I know my man would be both thrilled and mortified by something like that.
My FI would find this awesome as would his friends. It probably depends on the person as to whether they'd want it from you, in public, or with his friends in private.
It was nice of you to make it, but don't let it hurt your feelings if he doesn't want to take it to his bach party. And def give it to him in private and let hm decide what to do with it.

I didn't mean to sound negative, and I bet it will be perfect. Just let him open it in private so that if it DOES embarrass him, you've given him an out. BUt you wouldn't have made it if it didn't suit his personality, so I bet he'll LOVE IT!
i'm sure it'll take, oh about 9.5 hours before the whole thing ends up broken anyway, lol.
My FI would LOVE THIS and SHOW IT OFF LIKE HE'S THE MAN! lol.
He told me he loved Donatello when he was young - he even has a TMNT shirt he sleeps in now...lol.
You know him, if you think he'll love it, then give it to him!
I think it's adorable! But it's up to you how he'll react to it. I love the idea of the money and the note inside. Good for you for being supportive in the meyh situation (trust me, I understand, FI is coming back from a week long trip in the Bahamas tonight...).
I asked my FI for an opinion (and I consider both us to be nerdy cool...hahaha). He said "it's pretty sweet" and that he would not be embarrassed to have it out in front of all his friends. Basically, it will depend on your FI and his friends...but I think it is awesome! And sweet of you to add the note and money!
My FI would carry that baby all over Vegas. Fo sho.

I think this is awesome and my boy would too, but I think your best bet is to give it to him directly. No need to let the boys see it - unless they would also think it was cool.
mine would love it only better if it was spongebob lmao it's great and if he's a dork and so is his friends then he'll love it too and even if he hates oh well that's what he gets for going to vegas without you

omg I want a snoopy pimp cup for MY party lol, I <3 Snoopy. Anyway I asked his best man and he was all about it, he was like, "OMG do it it'd be so funny." And the cup I just bought at Spencers for 20 bucks then added my own love/gaudyness to it, lol. I think I'm just gonna do it, he'll like it and he'll know that I'm "supportive" of the whole Vegas thing, ha!
My guy and his friends would LOVE it. It is completely dorky in a totally cool way.. if that makes sense :p
Um, funny update. Our best man just told me to make it more sparkley and bedazzled. lmao...He was like, "It needs MORE!"

HILARIOUSLY COOL, for sure. My FI and his friends would think this was absolutely spectacular. And the $100 is a nice touch!
I would definitely give it to the best man to give to him. Half of how awesome it is would be all their reactions. I definitely think my FI would rather open it in front of his friends so he could share it with them without later having to be, "hey, check out what Laura gave me..."
My FH would think that is awesome! He's a geek and used to be glued to his computer every Saturday evening till 4am because of gaming....

LOVE the note and $100 idea... Very cool. As for the giant cup, I think some guys would be totally embarrassed by it but others would love it. The best man already ok'd it so it must be good!
My SO would love that and his friends would want the other turtles! I mean, we still have his old Ghostbusters phone (even though we don't have a landline). It depends on your guy, and I bet you know him better than anyone else.
Thinking about my FI, the $100 and the gesture is cool, the cup would embarrass him.
I personally think that you're totally cool for doing it though.
I love the cup! My fiance would go wild over it. We are nerds too. And the note with the $$ is such a sweet gesture! You are awesome.
