So, my right upper eyelid has been twitching/quivering on and off all day, every day since March 28th!  This has happened to me in the past when I've been stressed out, but it's never last more than a day or so.  I am stressed out at work, but no more so than normal.  I've kicked it up a notch at the gym, hoping to get some stress out that way and in turn alleviating this...but no such luck!

Any recommendations on how to stop this???

Put an icepack on your eye.

Mine does that too, but its my lower left eyelid. Its been doing it for about 6 months...its so irritating.  My doctor said it could just be a vitamin thing, so you could try taking a multi daily to see if that helps (it will take a bit for the vitamins to register in your body of course, so it wont be an overnight fix)

    Hope you get some relief!

Cramps or involuntary contractions are often caused by lack of Potassium in the diet! Do you take a multi-vitamin?

Increase in caffeine more than normal, stress and quite possible low Magnesium could cause this.

I would decrease your caffeine and try to relax. It is definitely from stress I have gotten that before too. I would try to drink a lot of water and hit up the gym more often like you said to see if you can de-stress yourself. It might take a little bit but it will go away.

Oh man.  I get this all the time too.  Sorry I can't be of help, no clue how to fix it.

How is your water intake? I notice you stepped up your workout routine....you could be experiencing a mild form of dehydration....which contributes to electrolyte imbalances such as mentioned above.

Yeah, it sounds stress-related.  It happens to me sometimes, too, and then just randomly goes away.  Your situation is a bit more extreme, though, so I'd call my doctor & get her opinion if I were you.  Good luck!
