I like the lace- makes it more unique.
Leave the lace! In my opinion it doesn't look quite right without it. There seems to be too much space without it. The lace makes it look more visually interesting too. Adds a little something extra to the dress.
The second photo looks like it is missing something, like the dress is unfinished. I say leave the lace, def. makes it interesting!

Edit: Is the lace different color than the dress? It looks white and the dress looks more ivory?
i like the 2nd photo. the lace on the shoulder strap looks nice, but the lace on the waist looks kind of like it's a piece of lace that got on the dress by accident.

@Silveramos: I vote to keep the lace. Without it, it looks like the lace on the shoulder strap is kind of an odd man out. The front of the dress doesn't have the lace detail anywhere else so keeping it the way it is seems necessary. Pretty dress, by the way!
2nd photo looks better, like another girl said-that piece on your lower back looks like it just got stuck there as an afterthought.
I left my computer open and FI took the poll for me - he said leave the lace! And I would have voted the same way too if you want to count us twice! :-)
looks better with lace and there is more consistency and it compliments better...the first pic looks better the other one looked bare as if something is missing!

One of the reasons I bought this dress is because of the beautiful lace detailing. However, I was seeing what other options I had and realized that I also liked when it wasn't there. So hive which do you like better?
