That sounds unusual to me. Is it possible people aren't sure what chicken marsala or haddock is? I don't know your crowd or where you're from so not sure if that's even likely, that people wouldn't know. But I would have thought it would be mostly beef and chicken (and split pretty evenly between those) and a smaller group for haddock. Or maybe people are just suckers for prime rib :)
I also thought the chicken would be more popular. Those are all pretty normal menu options for my area and thus far, the RSVPs are all from locals so they should know the meals.

So, my RSVPs are starting to come in and I've noticed really uneven dinner choices. We gave the options, prime rib of beef, chicken marsala and baked haddok and expected slightly more people to choose prime rib but it seems we're trending 65% prime rib and the other two pretty evenly split the rest. Is this normal? Is anyone else seeing a beef option significantly more popular than others?
At this point, we have only about 25% of guest RSVPs (partially because some invitations are still sitting on my kitchen table waiting to go to the post office) but I was still surprised by the ratio.
