tempanon:

Guys do try it for fun & to experiment.  I’d talk to him about it when he gets home.  You’re not saying he took Viagra with him on his trip, are you?  That wasn’t totally clear.

I wasn’t suggesting that he took it with him.  It just wasn’t clear from your post if that’s what happened, since you mentioned finding a ripped out cut out from the box rather than the actual pills–if I understood correctly.

I didn’t mean to put ideas in your head.  I am sorry.

tempanon:  Guys definitely do experiment with it, especially if they are looking for repeat performances. My shot in the dark at a pretty reasonable explanation, since it sounds like it may have come out of his travel stuff, is it possible that he got it for a trip you were taking? Perhapse he was planning more time in the hotel than outside of it? I know guys younger than him who have reccomended it, it apparently can be the difference between being ready to go every day, and being ready to go again by the time you roll over.

Other things that gome to mind, he could have had temporary issues. Does he work out regularly? Does he use any supplements? Some preworkout supplements have temporary side effects that may have given him a scare and caused him to head to the doctor for some ED pills.

It’s not beyond the realm of possibility that a 52 year old man might feel like he needs Viagra.

Maybeee… He goes from zero to hero and you haven’t had any probs in bed BECAUSE he takes Viagra.

men’s penises are pretty sensitive to criticism. Unless I were worried he was cheating on me, if I found out my FI was taking Viagra I’d keep my mouth shut. Let him have his manly pride. I’d only bring it up if I medically or otherwise had to.

ohnatto:  hahah yes, they are very sensitive. Good advice 🙂

OP he probably didn’t mention it to you because he was embarrassed ( not that he should be). I would let it go.

He is 52. Is it really that surprising that he might feel the need for viagra?

I’ve known guys who have used it in their 20s, ED issues can happen anytime, though the experimentation is also often a factor in the younger men. I would be not worrying about this. At all.

A little privacy in a marriage is not a bad thing. Seems reasonable that he took this to enhance time with you, so I’d leave it alone, except as it pertains to medical issues if he is still taking it.

A lot of men would rather have no sex than admit to needing Viagra, so in a way, this is a testament to his initiative and love.

I wouldn’t bring this up. He’s 52, maybe he does need it.. And doesn’t want to tell you because you say flattering things like “he can go from zero to hero” and that makes him feel like a stud.
