    What kind of crystal was it?  I know Michaels craft store sells some.  While it doesn’t resolve the customer service issue, you could maybe replace it yourself if you still want to use the cake topper…

    I would want more than a crystal you have to replace by yourself!!!!!

    FOR $160!!!

    I Would expect A LOT more – like a partial refund or a COMPLETE replacement!

    Do you know where it is being shipped from? Or how it was shipped? That might have some bearing on why it it taking so long to get to you.

    You are absolutely NOT overreacting! How terrible! You have been more than patient. If I were you, I would post the company name at least here so that others do not use that company. Have you searched through BBB and whatnot? You deserve a new topper or FULL replacement at this point. If it were me, I would contact them every day until this was resolved. It sounds like it’s a war of the wills at this point … and for $160 I would hope that your will is much stronger!

    Did you pay with a credit card?  If so, you might try contacting them and having them refuse the charge.  Sorry to hear…  I hope the 4 mm crystals work for you!  Good luck!

    Yeah. I would be demanding at least a partial refund. If they don’t respond, then dispute that charge with your credit card company or bank.

    Mistakes happen with things like this, a missing crystals would normally be no big deal to me as long as it was replaced… but it’s the customer service i’d be pissed about.
