I hoping that you girls could help. I already got my bridesmaids 3 little gifts, but I now need to get them a bigger gift. Do you guys have any unique ideas?

The 3 little gifts I got them are 3 of my favorite things - in case your interested.

1. My favorite slippers - but their about to be discontinued -I got them each a design that fits their personality (actually for all 3 of these I did that)

The slippers look so comfortable and great price too!

How about a tote bag to carry it all in? You can find affordable options from Old Navy or Gap. If you want something more unique, give Etsy.com a shot. There a a ton of great handmade choices there.

Otherwise, how about a cute t-shirt? A spa gift card?

I really love a gift that consists of different things so I think your BM's will love it. Best wishes!

I'm making the jewelry for my bridesmaids (aqua and clear AB sworovoski crystals) and then giving them a "spa day" package that includes their Nail Color (from OPI), their mani and pedi, and a swedish massage(from Atmosphere Day Spa @ Total Woman Gym). I am debating including their airbrush tan from Kona tanning -- I'm doing it for myself, but the jury is still out on the bridesmaids.

I love your slippers idea -- I might steal it!

I'm considering buying a piece of vintage jewelry (costume) for each girl that fits their style/personality. Check Ebay and local antique stores for pieces. You could even go with vintage fauz pearls, if you want something classic.

Hi girls,

It's me again. I have a unique idea that some of you might like.

I should of included this in my original email above. I'm not getting these for my girls because most of us have them, but they are a great idea and not many people know about hem. They are about $115 and the purpose of them is to keep your feet warmand not ruin your pedicure atthe same time.(Basically for the winter moths). I live in NYC, so they come in handy for when your walking home from your pedicure - Enjoy!!!

I'm depending on an old classic -- monogrammed Lands End canvas totes. I paid just $21.50 for each medium sized tote (including monogramming!) and they are fantastic. The quality is superb and I know I've gotten them something they will seriously use again and again. You know it's a good bridesmaid gift when you want one for yourself!

Other than that I'm doing Philosophy shower gel/shampoo things, stationery and maybe a few other little things.

i was a bridesmaid last year and my friend got me and the other girls in her bridal party necklaces from tiffanys- the letter pendents. it was soo cute! i wear mine all the time.

does it have to be "bridesmaid-y"?

i'm getting all of them:

personalized waffle spa robes with slippers and a makeup bag

then indiviudalizing their last gift: for the baseball fan -i'm getting her 2 tix to a game; i'm getting the single mom of 2 four tix to the movies (for her BF also); i'm getting the concert lover tix if lily allen ever comes to town (or someone else she totally likes), etc...

All of my friends are into the arts and so I'm getting them each a scarf from the Boston MFA or the Met Museum of a painting/motif that I believe fits their personality best. i.e. my Iranian bridesmaid is getting a wool scarf based on an ancient Persian tapestry

I'm going to get my bridesmaids hoodies in their favorite colors that say "birdemaid" "maid of honor" etc. from a local shop here in town that does hand emroidery/stitching, not sure if this qualifies as a "big gift" though.
