BohemianButterfly:  Omg… That’s beautiful!!! I love the detailing and it’s vintage vibe. Is that one wedding band or a few bands stacked together? Congrats on your upcoming big day. I hope it’s everything you want it to be 🙂 Let us all know how it went!

Mine isn’t as unique as yours, but it’s still pretty cool to me. I have an Infinity/Twist band on both the e-ring and wedding band. I pair those 2 with a 3mm Tungsten Carbide band. I like how it balances each other out. Appeals to my girly-girl and my tom-boy sides. I had stated earlier on another thread that I needed the Tungsten Carbide band for a previous job. Decided to keep it and just add to stack!

Old stack was unique but I could never quite get over the “height” of the rings not matching. So back the band went … for now. Would love to re-purchase it (or something similar) for an upcoming occasion for a RHR!!

wrkbrk:  Thanks! The Tungsten Carbide band was $6.99 on EBay. I know those rings can be $100+ at the large chain jewelry stores!

wrkbrk:  Wait… You got rid of that band with the diamonds & rubies?! It’s beautiful! Compliments your e-ring very nicely. Again, the rest of us Bees are not the ones wearing your set, but it appears to look great together from your picture.

Sofetch15:  Thanks for the compliment! Actually I had two – one 5 stone and one 7 stone. Kept the 5 stone for a RHR. Actually liked the 7 stone more (Gemvara did an AMAZING job on it) but could not justify keeping it when it didn’t “fit” right with my e-ring. :-/ I guess you can’t see in the picture but it was not the same height. I have a flatter band now that I am happy with but I miss the pretty color! Haha. Love your set!

wrkbrk:  Ahhhh! Gotcha! Glad you kept one of those for a RHR. It’s gorgeous. Have you posted a pic of your 5-stone RHR in another thread at all? I know there are plenty floating around and most us ring girls Renin and out of most threads, would be interested in swing the 5-stone since the 7-stone was so pretty.

Haha, thanks. Some people thought I was nuts to throw such a “plain” band in with my infinity set, but those who really know me know that I also like practical and simple pieces as well.

Sofetch15:  I dont have a pic as a RHR (and I basically stopped uploading pics since the new Wedding Bee will.not.allow.access.from.my.phone. grrrrrrr) but I have old pictures of it with my e-ring (before I resized it)!

The irony is, I love matching sets in general. But I fell in love with both of my rings individually and now I LOVE my mismatched set! It’s nothing like what I ever imagined I’d have, but now I couldn’t imagine wearing anything else 🙂

MissRhino:  gorgeous! Your band must either have been custom or a really lucky find, it’s perfect!

Audrey2:  Very Lucky find! My E-ring comes with a matching band but I wasn’t sure I would like it so I looked at all the other rings the jewler had and found one of those rings and thought it looked pretty good, then the jeweler whipped out another on identical to it and I knew those were the ones!
