Hi! I was wondering what everyone’s fiance/husband got his groomsmen. We’re trying to come up with unique/funny gifts since my fiance doesn’t drink (so no flasks) and money clips are a little too "serious" for us. We are considering doing personal caricatures of him and the groomsmen, but it’s a lot more expensive than we originally thought (approximately $500 for 7 people). We’d appreciate any ideas/help! Thanks!

We haven’t picked any thing yet.. but I saw a great idea the other day. All of our guys are cigar smokers on special occasions. So I think we might buy personalized cigar cutters, case, and a great cigar for everyone.

My guy and his men are all gearheads, so I got them cufflinks that have a 5 speed gear shift on them that I know they’ll all (including my man) love. I got them at http://www.americanbridal.com

My guy got his boys Spyderco pocket knives. They are all into that kind of stuff…you should see them at christmas…scotch tape proving a little difficult? You have three pocketknives being held out to you for use!!
He’s probably going to engrave them with something as well…

We did real German Beer steins for each of them. We found a guy with a huge collection who was selling them, so we ended up getting some really special antique ones that are totally unique and suited to their individual personalities. (Usually they run in the $100s of dollars, but we scored most of them for less than $50).
Of course, that probably wouldn’t work so well for your guys if there is no drinking…
We also thought of doing engraved i-pods, but our guys were already well appointed in that realm. Fiance was also really interested in ceremonial swords, but I thought that was too violent.

MY FH and his groomsmen have all grown up together so this was very appropriate for their situation. They love to get together and play cards so for their gift we are getting a character cartoon faces. They are all going to be playing cards (much like that famous picture of the dogs sitting around the card table.)

My fiance and his groomsmen all love to grill (they are obsessed), so we found the perfect gift…a monogrammed steak brand. We customized each one with each groomsmen’s initials. They are about $40 from williams-sonoma

We decided to do something a bit different for groomsmen gifts-we’re both encores and the fellas didn’t really need yet another shot glass, flask, etc. I have gotten these largeish plastic bowls that look like popcorn containers (white with the red stripes and it says popcorn on the side) I’m going to fill them with treats that guys like-movie sized candy, beef jerky, snack stuff and have gotten clear basket bags that will go around them and you shrink with the hair dryer. I did one as a test run and I think it came out cute. Just something different.
