I'm asking my fifth and final bridesmaid in two weeks, and I'm considering boxing up a ton of ring pops and putting a note on top, "proposing"

I'm not sure if you have time to do this, but I made a collage of pictures that I had using Shutterfly. They put it on glossy paper so instead of just one picture in a frame or something it was many different pictures of my best friend and I throughout the year... Then on top I wrote her name, and on the bottom I wrote, "Will you be my maid of honor?" with the date. It's a keepsake that she can have forever, and I know she really loved it. I made a collage of pictures of me and my MOH, among the pictures i wrote "Will you be my MOH?" She loved it...it actually made her cry, in a happy way!
