I’ve been using it for about four weeks now–I will probably continue until I run out of this box (about 15 more days) then see how things go from there. If your doctor says it’s okay and you’re not noticing any bad effects, I say take it and make yourself comfortable.

I don’t take Unisom… just 100mg of B6 every morning. Have you tried that?

@SaraP2012:  Well B6 is something your body needs, It’s a vitamin vs medication like Unisom. That’s why I suggested it.

I am not drinking any alcohol while pregnant, so I am unsure what my doctor would suggest.

@SaraP2012:  OH! Never heard that before. Good to know… off to research! Yes there are SO many things that have such differing opinions it’s hard to choose what’s best for you. Good luck and I hope your MS goes away so you don’t have to worry about it.

@SaraP2012:  Still doing unisom and B6 at 18 weeks here! I have forgotten to take it once or twice and have felt really bad when I forget. I’m going to talk to my OB about it at my next appointment next week and see what they say regarding continuing/stopping or trying something else. Hoping your nausea goes away!! 🙂

@SaraP2012:  My doctor told me to keep on taking it but to space out the B6 in 25 mg increments three times a day instead of at night. Hope this helps you!

@SaraP2012:  Yep, the sleep tabs are the ones with just the doxylamine succinate!
