Weddingbee boards

My fiance and I are considering having a Unitarian minister for our Catholic/Jewish wedding. Has anybody else done this? I would love to hear any experiences from other interfaith couples!

My fiance and I are having a Catholic wedding ceremony with his priest from home officiating, but we are also goign to have a Unitarian minister on the altar to say a couple blessings in order to incorporate my family's religious background. No one in my family is Catholic. Now we just have to find a minister that we click with! How are your plans coming along?
