Isadora is my favourite from that list. It's the only one I can pronounce without doubting myself on the pronunciation. lol
I love Eve, Ella and Sophia from your list in your OP.
I like Ella and Isadora the best. The others will be, imo, 1) difficult for others to pronounce and 2) kind of hellish for her to learn to spell.
Well, I must point out that we live in a part of the world where we're going to be questioned on pronounciation no matter WHAT we name our children, so it doesn't matter too much if they are Ann or Amirah. Our kids will grow up here, so it's going to be an everyday thing to explain pronounciation, and nobody will think it odd - just foreign. Which they are. So...
Iliana is beautiful! They are all lovely.
ETA: Can I do a write-in vote for Iliana Rio?
amirah sarai is absolutely gorgeous! also really like ava, ella (even though it's pretty popular right now), and eve - all would make great first names with sarai as the middle name too.
what beautiful options to choose from!
I have always loved the name Hadassah! I grew up with a neighbor girl that had that name, and we called her Dotsie :) She is a teenager now and still goes by dotsie. I think it's soo cute.
I voted for Iliana, I LOVE that name but my husband doesn't care for it. My second choice would be Aria, I love that one as well!
I voted Iliana, but they're all very pretty.
I just wanted to note that Ava (which is in your list in the thread but not in the poll) has been one of the top most popular girl names for a few years running now, so I don't know if you can consider it "unusual" anymore.
May I just say that I love all of those names? I have always loved unusual and beautiful names, especially girl names, and these are just lovely and make me smile! :)
I love Isadora! Its so beautiful among all the Isabellas these days.
Ellora is on my list of names! (Elora though, just one L) so I pick this one!
A famous Isadora is Isadora Duncan, a pioneer in the dance world. I voted for Isadora :)
What about the name Eliana (i love the name Kyra too!--even though its not on your list i would definitely say it is more unusual)

We've always wanted unusual but very GIRL sounding names, and this is the list we've come up with so far. What do you think?
Other names outside the poll list that we love include:
Sophia, Ava, Divya, Rosalyn, Hadassah, Ella, Aaliyah, Eve
P.S. I know I've posted some of these already, but we've changed things around a little (after reading your comments) and we're really in naming mode right now - looking for input. :)
