I went with all down… it was very hot! Definitely consider the weather and time of year when choosing your hairstyle!

Down, no veil, no accessories, DIY curl:

I never wear my hair up (except today because I’m lazy but it’s the third time in nine months that I’ve worn it up to work) so I couldn’t even imagine wearing it up for my wedding. All accessories weighed down my hair. I am not a veil wearing person although I was offered. My gigantic head is too big for a head band – they kept on popping off. So there you go! I loved it though and it’s very me.

Not official yet, but here’s how it will look, with a hair comb in the back (and a veil)

I wore my veil UNDER my hair at the base of my neck.
