Weddingbee boards

I'm a SoFla bride, but I live in Georgia. I'm planning to attend the one on March 8th while I'm home for Spring Break. It will be my first bridal show at home and I honestly dont have many expectations. I figured I should go to at least one, because you never know what you may find out.

After you attend a few, they all start offering the same information. I love the freebies and contest. I also like the fashion shows. Something to occupy my time on the weekend.

I agree about the email address and also, do not give your phone number or address to anyone that you are not TRULY interested in.  Otherwise, you will get alot of junk mail and phone calls.  I have gone to a few bridal shows in south florida.  Bloomingdales had an event once that was GREAT!  I think it was called the Wedding Party?  The Great Bridal Expo was okay too. 

Did anyone go to the bridal show at PGA National?  I am looking for a wedding planner and wondered if there were any there that stood out?  Reasonably priced too!!  I found one girl, Lauren Daversa, and I think I am going to use her but I wondered if anyone had worked with her before?  Any advice would be great, I am totally new to this.
