I was in this position in December and I ended up just getting him a card from Walgreens. They obviously don’t have “engage-iversary” cards, so I bought an anniversary one and crossed out some of the wording and wrote in some new things to make it more fitting. It was a small gesture, but it really put a smile on his face and he still has the card 🙂

February 14th was 1 year since he proposed, but we’ve been married for 2 months, so he just sent me flowers and we made supper together.

Our “engage-versary” was in January. I was out of town then so we didn’t do anything TOO exciting, but I do think you should surprise your FI! My Fiance proposed when we were on vacation in England and once we returned, I re-proposed to him. I bought him a nice watch, and one night after work when we were in our pajamas I got it out, walked up to him sitting on the couch, got down on one knee, and said a few words and proposed with the watch! He was totally surprised, and he LOVED it. He tells everyone that it’s his engagement watch and he is so proud of it. It’s really cute! I think you should definitely do some sort of surprise…..and then tell us all about it of course 🙂

Love the idea. Have to get another way of surprising him. Gave him a treasure hunt for his Christmas Gift: a guitar. So I shall make WeddingBee proud…lol… and surprise him to the max….lol

@Mz Izzie: Christmas Eve was our one year of being engaged. I went to work 7p-7a. Hah. We honestly did nothing nor did it cross our minds to do something since it was basically Christmas. I’m sure I told him that I really love him and am excited about getting married.
