Well, it DID rain on my wedding day. But it was perfect. Honestly, I don't think I would have even changed it if I could. Because of the rain, we got gorgeous ceremony shots and an incredible rain shot (see blog below - last pic). It let up just enough to get outdoor pics, and kept everyone together in the barn which was nice. The bottom of my dress was filthy from walking around outside and the floor of the barn - but it was fun! I was probably the most anxious bride you will ever meet. I was worried no one would stay late or have fun because it was a Sunday. Howver, people drank and danced hard until the very end (10pm). Afterwards, the majority of my friends went to the after-party at a bar and stayed until midnight. Some stayed even later until 2am. People said they had never seen a dance floor so packed. I was also worried I wouldn't be able to have fun because I would be so stressed. However, this didn't happen. I had a BLAST. It was one of the best nights of my life. We got tons of complements on the venue and some people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to (maybe some people always say this?)
My only regrets were that the dancing didn't start until about 8:30. Supposedly it was because dinner took longer than expected, but I wasn't too happy with the DJ and thought he could have started earlier. We also bought our own alcohol and ran out of white wine. However, we did get very lucky because the barn did not have AC and it was only a high of 70 degrees, so everyone was fairly comfortable.

HOLY CRAP, that second-to-last one of you guys with the rain and the umbrella is incredible!! Actually, all these photos are amazing, I think the lanterns/lights above the dance floor look so good! And I love your dress! Pretty much your wedding was gorgeous, so glad you enjoyed it, in spite of nerves and the weather!

@Halloween: I am not totally sure what song we were singing to, but good chance it was "don't stop believing" - Journey. That song always gets everyone going.
Wow. Those shots are gorgeous especially the last one with the rain. Im terrified it's going to rain on our wedding day and since we are planning an outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour I will also be dissapointed. However, seeing your photos made me realize that it's going to be a PERFECT day no matter what!
