Weddingbee boards

I posted recently about 3 dresses I was needing help with picking for our 1940s inspired e-photos.  I really wanted to purchase the dresses from the website they came from, however after reviewing their return-policy I decided aganist using them.  Plus all 3 dresses were $150.00 each.

My mom found a black and white hounds-tooth print dress for $16.00 at Ross and I found a Navy and white dress at a vintage store for $20.00.

This weekend we took our photos at the Lone Star Muesum in Galveston.  We haven't edited any of the photos yet.  So please disregard the red eyes and such.

I was just so excited to share these with you all!

We plan to use the pictures for the Save the Dates and programs.

One more inside the cock-pit.  This was the last photo and we were HOT!!!

This was a lot of fun taking!  They asked us if we wanted to go inside the plane and we were so excited.  We hadn't planned on doing that. 

These turned out better then I expected since we had our friend take them.  We plan to use our professional photographer later when it gets cooler here in Houston.  But we needed to get STDs done now.  So I think they'll be just fine!

Oh forgot to mention... FI works for Continental and he found this plane at the museum in Galveston.  Apparently Continental donated the plane years ago to the museum.  You can't imagine how tiny the seats are in this plane!  My bootie almost didn't fit! LOL   The plane was built in 1940.

@AnnieAAA- Yes we are carrying the 1940s avaition theme throughout the wedding. We are getting married at the Hangar Hotel and it has old planes and cars on the property. I'm also going to have a table set-up with our grandparents 1940s WWII military things. I just booked a jazz band today!  This has been fun planning!

Here are two more for fun! :) The one where he is holding his hat and I'm laughing is funny. We were posed and they told me to make it look like the prop bumped my bootie. This lady walked by and said what is that girl doing? I laughed so hard and my mom caught this picture with her camera.
