I took y’all’s advice on trying to lose some weight/water weight before my engagement photos. I don’t know how to tag anyone that gave me advice if I’m not on the original thread, sorry!! What I’ve been doing: 1. Drinking water like it’s my job 2. Drinking tea that is supposed to reduce bloat 3. Replacing one meal a day with some pineapple 4. Sticking to salads and soup and healthy snacks like fat free Greek yogurt and nuts. 5. Not drinking diet soda (Or any soda, for that matter).
The difference between these two pictures is 3 days and 2 pounds! I also see a little less chubbiness in my face. And I still have 3 days till the shoot. Of course, I wish I could just be 20 pounds lighter and done with it but I think I will go into Saturday much more confident that we will get some photos I’ll be happy with 🙂 And now I feel like I’ve really kick started some longer lasting weight loss. Thanks bees!
