When they updated their website, there was a glitch, for some, it didn’t transfer your registry to your account. You may want to double check.
I got ours resolved. I was instructed to create another account and create another registry. They combined the old one to my new account. It’s a pain but it did work.
I would give it another day or so, since they are trying to fix the issue without having people create another account.
