Well since it's a destination wedding that's going to be hard to do. I won't get the chance for a trial so the day of is gonna be it.
The only updo I have seen with that length of hair is in the movie Someone Like You (starring Ashley Judd and Hugh jackman) in the NYE party scene. It looked cute on her with incredibly short hair that didn't look long enough to do anything with so maybe something like that may work for you?
I do know there are hairstyle magazines for short hair that you can find at any bookstore (even though most of them consider shoulder length to be short when it isn't but that's another topic) and you might find something there that is a possibility.

I have a hair dilema...I have no idea what to do. It's short...somewhere between my chin and shoulders (closer to chin). I tried going curly...I liked like I had a helmet on.
My groom loves it straight...my problem is my hair is naturaly wavy/curly, and with the Florida humidity keeping it straight seems impossible.
So I was thinking if I could kinda pull it back/up then it would appear "straight"...
Anyone have any ideas?? Short haired girls get the short end of the wedding stick!!
