if you're only wearing a blusher, i would stick the comb into the crown/point where your updo is highest on your head
I don't know how much hair you have, but here are a few examples that I found:
I think if you do a low updo, it would look perfect. Agree with PP about putting the comb at the crown of your head.
I thought crown of my head whould be about right too.

I need ideas on how I can wear an updo with a blusher veil. I originally thought I would wear the veil under the updo but won't that look strange with the blusher coming up over it?
Any ideas on how to wear this? Pics would be awesome! Thanks bees!
EDIT: I have a two tier fingertip veil and I'll wear one of the tiers as a blusher. I'll also wear a Cathedral veil. I initially considered having the fingertip veil in from the front and the cathedral underneath but I'm sure that will look strange!
