I won’t jump on Google and diagnose myself… because every time I do that I end up having cancer or a thyroid disorder. So help me out Bees:
-diarrhea ( sorry TMI)
-light headed spells
It started last night around 8/9ish and I slept pretty crappy, tossing and turning with this “pit” feeling in my stomach and woke up around 4:30 with the bubble guts. I am not on my period, PMS- ing or pregnant! Any suggestions? I don’t think it is food poisoning, either.

I would guess it’s the flu. Drink Sprite, suck on popsicles, and stay as hydrated as possible. If it’s not gone in a few days, you might want to visit your doctor.

@Mrs_Amanda: It could be a bug. I had this last Thursday night. I ate crackers and water for breakfast Friday morning went to the bathroom around 10 and by 11 I was back to normal. It took all Thursday night and Friday morning to wear off. Same symptoms though….

Sounds like a bug. If you still feel like this after a couple of days, it warrants going to a doctor.
Drink LOTS! Even though you wouldn’t think it, having diarrhea means your body is dehydrated (water isn’t being absorped and is instead being passed right out) and you need to replace those fluids. Gingerale, ginger tea, water and gatorade always make me feel better. Try some immodium too, especially if you have to leave the house!
Hope you are feeling better soon 🙂

Is it ongoing or a one time thing? For me, it would be a gluten attack, but if you’ve never had problems before, I’d say a bug. I’d wait 3 days and then call a doctor.

I have low levels of vitamin b 12 and similar symptoms. You might want to check with your doctor about adding that to your diet. You get b12 from animal sources like red meat so if you don’t eat a lot of that your levels could get low.

sounds like the flu or just some kind of viral stomach bug. Drink lots of fluids and stay hydrated. If you get to the point of not being able to keep liquids in your system you need to go to the ER to have an IV. Hope you feel better soon

Food poisoning and stomach bugs can make u have that swimming head feeling. Make sure you drinking lots of liquid even if its coming back out so you don’t get dehydrated that will make you more dizzy. I hope u get better soon. I hate having a sick tummy.
