Weddingbee boards

Sorry for the somewhat long post. There's sooo many choices, and so many websites to search through that Im starting to feel lost. I initially thought I wanted a small traditional wedding at some place rustic/romantic...very family oriented. Then I realized that I'd have to invite my largggge family as well as his family (obviously), not to mention friends. Money is an issue, I'd prefer to have a cheap (yet tasteful and well done) and use the rest towards a house and our future. My thinking now (it is constantly changing with new websites and info I get :/) is that I want to elope with our immediate immediate family, meaning both our parents and siblings (along with their wives and kids) and maybe both our remaining grandparents (one grandma to each of us). So....

Does anyone know of any great elopement packages in upstate ny during the winter...I'd like something romantic, inclusive and affordable, yet still an experience for my family where they can relax and have a great time. I'm thinking under $5000 for the 14+/- of us at the most. I'm thinking winter wonderland, lace wedding dress, blues and silver, something inspired like that. 

• Elopement/small wedding package for give or take 14 people
• Less then $5000
• December/January/February
• Rustic/Romantic/Ethereal 
• possibly spa, things to do for family to relax/do
• Anywhere upstate (I know its big but I'd rather be in love with my venue then have it be close)
