I chose the a-line because I’m assuming you’re going somewhere hot, and it looks lighter to me. The fitted, while great on you, looks to me like its made of heavier fabric.
If I’m wrong, and the a-line is heavier, then the fitted is just as good. They’re both very flattering either way.
Just a warning: I don’t know where you DW is, but if it follows like most of the folks on here and is someplace sandy, you may regret a dress with a big train. I went to one once where the bride was dragging half the beach up the aisle under her dress. So just be cautious. Both are lovely tho.
Jslack61: I love both, you can’t really go wrong. A line is my fav though. 🙂
We’re eloping to Vegas and I have an A line dress with a train!!! I was worried about a dress that long… but oh well! Biggest problem will be the plane I think? Where is your DW?
Oh sorry, just saw your update! 🙂 Cyprus will be gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You look absolutely stunning in both but I have a preference for the fitted ! It looks fantastic on your figure.
Jslack61: Are you worried about the A Line because it’s heavy and the train is large? Is it a beach wedding? If you’re worried, you could go with the first dress, it does look lovely on you. 🙂 As I said before, I don’t think you can go wrong, both are excellent dresses that suit you!
I accidently picked a-line on the poll but I meant fitted. I would pick the most comfortable one for being outside in hot weather. They both look lovely on you.
