Has anyone used a Celebrant?  I want our first ceremony to have Christian, Hindu, and Muslim/Persian elements (we will have a Nikkah afterwards) and need someone talented to throw it all together elegantly.  I browsed some websites and this actually seems, dare I say, POSSIBLE!

One of the lovely folks on Wedding Bee Pro--Jessie Blum-- is a celebrant, and she seems fantastic.  I'm sure she'd be able to answer any questions you have.

    Thanks, ErinMarguerite! :)

Mmmtacos, It is possible!  Celebrants work with you to respectfully combine all of the various elements, be it from cultural or religious backgrounds, to create a really beautiful and custom ceremony for you.  We do research, talk to you, and make sure that it's presented and adapted so that you are happy with it! I've done weddings with Jewish, Christian, Hindu, and many cultural elements.  I like to think that Celebrants help you to write and realize the wedding ceremony that you would write yourself.

We're also using a Celebrant for our wedding ceremony, which is going to combine Jewish elements in a completely non-religious manner, secular readings, and our own vows.  You're really empowered to work with your Celebrant to create the ceremony that truly reflects you, your fiance, your relationship, and anything else you want to include!

If you have anymore questions, feel free to reach out to me via PM or email (jessie@eclectic-unions.com)  You can also check out some of the posts I wrote for WeddingbeePRO, or my website http://www.eclectic-unions.com to learn more about celebrants!

We're awesome, and we're out there, and we want you to have the perfect ceremony for you.
