We are planning on providing a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony/reception location for all of our guests.
In order to figure out how many shuttles to rent, would putting something on the RSVP be inappropiate?
I am worried that if a bunch of people are going to use the shuttle, then it might take a while to get everyone to the site before the ceremony. But I do not want to rent 2-3+ shuttles if it is not necessary. Thoughts?

I would assume everyone who is staying at the hotel will want to use the shuttle. I would tell everyone about the shuttle on the invite, so they can plan ahead. Then, a few weeks before the wedding, call the hotel and see how many people have reserved space in your block of hotel rooms. Seems like the easiest way to me!

It’s probably safe to assume that most people who stay at the hotel will use the shuttle. If you make a room block, you can easily track how many rooms have been reserved for your guests and even the last names, so you can estimate shuttle use based on that.

My friend put the info on the RSVP card – right under the will/will not attend section, she put will/will not use shuttles. It worked out well.
