We are gettng married in a marronite catholic church (MCC)  Since its the same chuch our parents and grandparents were married as well.

Fi in the leader of two local youth groups, one at the marronite chuch, and one at a roman catholic church. He has a close bond with the priest at the roman catholic church.(RCC)

We decided we would like to involve the priest from the RCC in our wedding as well. We quickly asked the priest at the MCC if this would be ok and he said sure. So we asked the priest at the RCC if he would be involved and he was honored.

    So....

How do we involve the priest from the RCC in a special and important way, while not taking away something special and important from the MCC priest?

Please tell me this made sense. lol.

I would ask the priests for their advice.  I would think you need to decide which liturgy you're using - The Marionite Liturgy or the Latin Rite Liturgy.  If you're doing the Marionite Liturgy, I would guess it would make the most sense to have the  Latin Rite priest take more of the duties of the Deacon.  Priests can consecrate the Eucharist together, however, being that the Roman Rite priest will not be familiar with the Marionite Rite, I'm not sure how that would work.  But overall once you decide on which liturgy you're using, I would ask the priests what they're comfortable doing.

We're having 2-5 concelebrate our wedding depending on schedules!  But, everything will be roman rite so that helps :-)

I went to a wedding where it was in the Ukrainian Catholic Church (eastern rite) with the grooms Roman rite priest helping.  He did fine even with the entire thing being in Ukrainian!  Ask the MCC officiant what he suggests for the roman rite... then bring that to the roman rite priest. Usually you can have the extra's for different blessings and parts of the mass.  I.e. one does the gospel, one does the vows, etc...
