I wasn’t sure where to post this, but here it goes!
I’m not pregnant, that I know of, and have a copper IUD.
Saturday morning I started getting a burning, painful feeling, similar to what a UTI feels like, but worse. I couldn’t even sit down, peeing hurt, etc.
I took a AZO pill and the pain went away, and never came back.
My last period was September 12 (give or take a few days) but my period is normally unpredictable.
Any explanations or advice for this?
Thanks bees 🙂

If Azo made the pain go away then I’d go to the doctor to see about doing a pee test. You’d need an antibiotic to make sure all of the infection clears.
It sounds like a UTI. I’ve personally had a ton of UTI’s so I know when I’ve got one. My doctor is usually great about just calling in the meds for me 🙂

Sounds like a mild UTI, or it could have been amuscular pain from the IUD moving slightly.
Either way, if it’s gone I wouldn’t worry about it.
