I don't think I've ever seen a v-neck bolero. Kate wasn't wearing a bolero. The lace is attached to her dress. Perhaps you could do that as well.
ETA: I was somewhat wrong. I found directions for making her dress. It is a bolero! But it is attached/sewn to the dress.

Where can I find a v-neck lace bolero? It could even cross in the front. I would rather a 3/4 sleeve, but I would take a long sleeve too.
I would like something that looks like Kate Middleton's.
Any ideas?
