@eecuadrado:  well I don’t celebrate V-day, I think its a really commercialized holiday

But to help with gift ideas, I have really liked the idea of giving a gift that both of you can benefit from. The next gift I plan on getting DH is a class for two on how to make pizza and its something we can learn from and have fun with.

There are a bunch of websites that you can look into that offer excursions in your area. Of course I will still get him personal gifts too, I know he needs an electric drill, so thats also on my list of things to get him

@eecuadrado:  you might not even have to go away, there are a ton of things to do in your area you probably don’t know about!

I already have an idea… he mentioned he was sad he forgot to add something to his Christmas wish list.

It’s pretty expensive, but we’ve been doing pretty well on our household budget for a few months, maybe I can call it our dating anniversary (1/25) AND V-day gift and it won’t feel so bad.

@eecuadrado:  I bought my FI a watch on our anniversary one year and he doesn’t wear it that often, which I knew was going to happen which is totally fine. But I think the weekend away is a great idea. I have not even throught about what I am going to buy yet!
