I was thiiiiis close to doing the same thing, but FIL’s hated the idea.  I looked in to an amazing company called the Las Vegas Wedding Company. (thelasvegasweddingcompany dot com)  They have a bunch of different packages that go to all sorts of Vegas places.  I looked into the Red Rock Canyon and Top of the Town packages, which was on top of a casino and allows for about 50 guests.  They do provide transportation for most packages back and forth.  There are endless options in Vegas really – and are all very inexpensive.

There are some places you can rent a reception area as well. Look into The Grove (the-grove dot com.) They have afforadable packages that are beyond gorgeous.  Congrats!! And totally jealous 🙂

No problem!!  I’m happy to help 🙂  I had looked into Vegas weddings for a while.  I still kinda wish I could do Vegas, but my FI’s parents wanted us to have something that more people could come to.  As far as shuttles, I’m not sure if The Grove provides one, but you can always rent one for relativey cheap through your hotel, people rent those all the time.  The hotel rooms in Vegas are always inexpensive –  I stayed at the Luxor in January and it only cost me about $20 a night!  And the hotels are sooooooo big that I’m sure you could easily all get 15 rooms without any issues, but I’m sure if you contact the hotel directly they could set up a block for you.

Even if all your guests book at different times through a travel site like hotels.com or something, you’d all still probably end up on the strip and wouldn’t have any problems meeting up with eachother.  October and November would have really nice weather for your guests too!!

Let me know what you end up going with, I’d love to hear about it!! 🙂

@kittypaws428:  Congratulations! I recommend checking out Chapel of the Flowers as well. Several brides on here have gotten married there. I must tell you – I am biased as I do work there. We have a variety of wedding packages that include everything and also great restaurant partners for your reception/dinner. Our planners are great with helping you stay within your budget, while getting everything you are wanting. Definitely check it out! Best of luck and congratulations!

For that price point, I would suggest checking out the chapel at the Tropicana. They have completely remodeled the hotel and all of the rooms, yet it is still very affordable and in a very convenient part of the strip. If you do your wedding there, they give you and your guests discounts on the rooms. My flower shop is on site so if you are not satisfied with the floral options at the chapel, we can customize something to your liking. I know that the Flamingo also has affordable and beautiful chapels in their hotel that you might consider looking into as well.
