Fun!  I love Vegas.

Where are you staying?  What sort of things are you into?  That will help people give you better ideas of what to do.

@cdubz:  Me & my Fiance went to Vegas Feb 2011, it was my first time there.. and I was like you, could care less about the gambling.. My favorite thing to do was start at the MGM, and walk the whole strip (or as far as you want to go) then turn around, cross the street & go back. We went into tons of different hotels, had drinks at their bars, it was cool getting to see all the crazy Vegas things, especially if it’s your first time!

We went to the Tournament of Kings show at Excalibur (real close to MGM) even though it wasn’t romantic or honeymoon-ish, we had a lot of fun! You get to eat a whole chicken, and potatoes etc with your hands! lol We also really enjoyed the Coyote Ugly bar at New York New York, we hung out there a few times! They have all kinds of audience participation stuff on a stage, and drinking games, it was a blast!

Oooh we went there for our honeymoon! We did a little bit of everything. My favorite show was Zumanity at New York, New York – it’s the adult Cirque show (topless) – very honeymoon appropriate! 😉

We stayed at the Aria – if you get a chance you should go there and check out the patisserie on the casino level. Omg, best desserts EVER. I think at one point I told my husband that I loved the piece of chocolate cake more than I loved him!

MGM has a wonderful pool and it should still be warm enough at the end of September to enjoy it.  They have a lazy river which is fun.

Vegas is known for being home to a ton of amazing restaurants many of which are owned by celebrity chefs.  If you’re into food, I would research the chefs and restuarants and go to at least one of them.  There are also tons of non celeb restaurants that are reasonably priced, gorgeous and delicious. One of my favorites is

If you’ve never beent to Vegas before just walking up and down the strip and going into all the hotels is fun and can take up two days.  Every hotel is totally different and has something amazing to see.  Don’t miss the dancing fountains in front of Bellagio. Definitily visit the inside of the Venetian, Wynn, Ceasar’s Palace and Aria.

I like all the Cirque shows. You can’t go wrong with any of them.

One of my favorite things to do in Vegas is brunch at Verandah at the Four Seasons.  BEST BRUNCH EVER!  Seriously, go.  You won’t regret it.  I mean, they have a guy making made to order mini donuts!  http://www.yelp.com/biz/verandah-las-vegas-2

There’s a ton of stuff that’s kind of “off the wall” to do that’s a little ways off the strip.

There’s The Gun Store, where you can choose from a variety of automatic weapons or regular handguns. If you or your Fiance is into cars, there’s Exotic Racing, where you can drive a Lamborgini, Ferrari, etc., around a race course with an instructor. Fiance was shaking with adrenaline from that! There’s also helicopter rides over Vegas and the Grand Canyon, renting a limo for a trip down the Strip.

I would highly recommend going up to MIX at the top of THEhotel for one of the best views of the strip. They have some bathroom stalls where you overlook the strip while, ahem, doing your business. Best time is to go before they open up as a club, when it’s just a lounge so you can sit with your new hubby with a cocktail.
