It is freaking cold in Dec. in Vegas, like cold. I would find something inside, and there are a million options for beautiful places inside. Maybe the Venetian along the Canal, that would be really pretty. I think that either the Paris or the Bellagio has an indoor garden and the Bellagio rents out their art museum also.
She's right. Its cold. Desert= HOT in summer, FREEZING in winter. Not like east coast freezing, but enough to make people miserable if they were outside. But google Climate in Las Vegas for stats. Can you move it up? If not find an indoor to be safe
@lilsweetie: I'm actually getting married in caesar's next dec and FI was adamant about using one of the gardens. I had to get on a weather site and show him that the average temp is around 45 degrees or so. And even then thought it would be ok (men are crazy). He may be wearing a thick jacket but chances are we women won't, plus I'm sure your guests wouldn't be pleased. Maybe earlier in the day would be bearable, but not much less cold.
Also, since it will be cold, the garden may not be at its peak with foliage. I'm sure it won't be as pretty that time of year with certain plants dying and whatnot.

We are trying to plan our wedding for December 1/12 and want to do it at Caesars Palace at one of the outdoor gardens.
Does anyone know if the weather would be condusive to this or is it a bad idea to have an outdoor wedding in Vegas in December?
Any suggestions? It looks so much prettier on youtube videos to be outside versus inside but i do not want to freeze and be miserable either.
thanks :)
