I am getting married in Vegas in April 2015! Im so excited beyond words! I purchased my wedding dress before knowing the location of the ceremony. I’m a morilee 1802 bride and am wondering if there are any others out there. I dont want to cut my train but will be walking the vegas strip to celebrate after the ceremony. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks again!!

While I didn’t get to try any Mori Lee dresses, that dress is gorgeous! I think you might be able to get away with a “whipped cream” bustle or any other bustles you like!

@cupcakemuffinandpeanut: Congrats! I am also a Vegas bee! Where do you thin you will get married? I suggest a bustle too and maybe a ride…lol. Depends on where you are headed, some hotels are pretty far apart and each one is huge in itself and you will need a ride to the vegas sign too if you want to go there. I am getting married in October and plan to post all over the internet, there just arent enough good pics, coverage of nice vegas weddings.

I was a Vegas bride too. We had a walk on the Strip and several photos were taken but I didn’t mind my dress! It was amazing and unforgetable!!
We went to the Sign by car anyway, it is too far from the Strip.
Coming back to Vegas in November to celebrate first year anniversary, can’t wait it! 🙂
Congrats on your wedding!!

@soinlove79: I totally agree about the lack of coverage of chic vegas weddings. I’m also getting married there and everyone immediately assumes Elvis and a drive thru chapel. This things are fun but there is so much more available for weddings. Can’t wait to see your pics!

Hi Vegas Brides!
I am a Vegas Bride-to-Be…and I agree there isn’t a lot of coverage of chic/classy/elegant weddings in Vegas. I am getting married May 2015 at the Tropicana. We haven’t chosen a place to have dinner yet though. Anyone have any ideas?

I too am getting married in Las Vegas! I cannot wait!! I haven’t seen it in person, just pics online, but I am in love with the Aria’s chapel and that is where we are making it official! I wanted something classy and not to plain or “Vegas” and as soon as I saw it I knew it was the one! I wasn’t even as sure about my dress as I was about the Aria. But it’s set and we will be there and it will be perfect! I’ve been to several vegas weddings and I wasn’t thrilled we the looks of the chapels. As far as our plan for dinner, we are just doing the buffet at the Aria. At first I wasn’t thrilled with the idea but FH’s family are eaters and we are only having our closest friends and family that can make it there (30 people or so) and I know it’s what will please everyone.
