Help! I’m not sure what kind of veil I need. Originally, I wanted a short blusher veil, but I may be changing my mind. My wedding location is outdoors, on a pond. We are getting married under trees. It’s very simple and rustic. But I’m thinking I might want a longer veil to make me feel more “bridal.” Advice?
Here’s my dress for reference.

I think you should totally do long! They do feel more bridal, in my opinion! 🙂 I’m having a cathedral length mantilla for our outdoor ceremony and inside barn reception! 🙂 They are breathtaking!

I had a fingertip veil. It made me feel bridal without causing me to worry about it getting caught on everything.

@Kitten Heels: Thanks for the advice!
@KoiKove: Fingertip length…what a good idea. Thank you!

@KoiKove: +1 I’m doing fingertip so I don’t lose the “bridal” feel. I was originally going to do a bird cage veil but it didn’t feel right when I tried it on. That being said I’m indecisive on the veil, I just ordered my 3rd one lol

Do you have a long train? If not, then fingertip would be great. If so, you could also go a little longer.
