I am planning on wearing both, but not together. I bought a headband and veil then fell in love with a hair flower on etsy! I kind of hate the headband, but it jives nice with the veil, so I’m going with it. I know the veil will bug me after a while at the reception, so I plan to ditch veil and headband for hair flower after pics. I will say that I tried on veil and flower together, and if you place it right, it works…of course I have no pics for you though 😛

No way, it looks great! I’m doing it! I don’t have any pics, but I’ve SEEN so many pics of the two together, and I just love it!

Maybe you could wear the veil for the ceremony and the flower for the reception?  I was going to wear a flower for the reception but I forgot it at home!

I am going to wear both but not together. I’ll put the flower on after I take off the veil. But here are pictures of someone who wore both at the same time!

Centerpieces

(the photographer is the awesome Ashley Colhouer, who did Mrs. Quiche’s photos!)

I wore both, inspired by Mrs. Tiramisu…

I’m wearing both too. I wanted just the flower & no veil at all but it was one of the concessions I made for my parents. I’ll remove the veil when the ceremony’s over.

I agree, a flower and veil can look great together. All the photos posted here are nice. Just have to make sure it looks right/balanced!

Both would look great! Flowers in the hair are such a great detail!

You can totally do it!!! I had veil+hairpiece for the wedding, then flower+hairpiece for the reception.

I think flower+veil=gorgeous

I think it can look great. I was planning on doing both a la Ms. Tiramisu, too, but decided against it, just because I want to mix it up for the reception by taking off my veil and putting on my flower.

Oh man.  Not only am I doing both but I might also have a simple headband in.  I saw a pic I loved.  But we’ll see during the hair trial.
