I would try wearing the veil for a few hours and see how you feel. I think that you're safest bet - just try it out and see what works! Worst case scenario, you may find that you'll want to remove the veil for your reception. BTW, super cute choice! :)
If I remember correctly, most of DB hairpieces are "reversable"- they can sit either right or left on your head... So, after the ceremony, swing the flowers to the other side and turn it around so the "veil" part sits in the rear.....
Or find a crafty friend or family member and make it detatchable with scissors and a bit of velcro.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I bought this veil to go with my strapless lace dress from DB on a whim because I hated the way the longer traditional veils looked on me and this one was so cute. Now I'm starting to think that the tulle in my face all night will bother me, especially through dinner, but I really wasn't planning on taking it off during the reception either.
Is there a way to neatly move the tulle out of my face without it looking weird? Unfortunately I didn't think about this ahead of time otherwise I would have bought one that could be removed.
