Veils can be SUPER expensive! Mine was $1500!!! I borrowed it from a friend, luckily. why dont you try on and take a photo of the exact veil you want. Ignore price, just find the one you LOVE. Dont buy it =o) After that, go to etsy.com and do an alchemy request for a veil designer to replicate it for you. You can get one super affordable that way, and since she will have a photo to use, it should come out the same!
Welcome by the way!

I'm actually new to Weddingbee. I have read some posts but never posted. I am getting married August 21, 2010 in Boston and have just started shopping for my veil. Let's just say I had sticker shock.
Does anyone know of any veil designers (worldwide) that sell at shops in MA or NH that are a little less expensive?
I'm not sure which designer to go with, I just have my heart set on a three tiered veil, but I don't really want to spend more than $500. Is this possible without shopping online? I am very hesistant of buying one online since I am unable to try it on beforehand.
Most of the bridal shops that I seem to find carry Toni Fererici or similiary priced couture designers and while they are gorgeous I just can't spend a $1,000 on a veil.
Thanks a lot!
