I am partial to cathedral length veils, paticularly with that silhouette but your pick would look lovely, I am sure.

I like the detail, but I agree with the PP – it would look beautiful in a cathedral length with your gown.

::snaps!!:: you and I have the same dress!!! Awesome!! Now, onto my opinion…. I worry that the embroidery details on the veil compete with the beautiful lace on your dress. Your dress has a lot of detail to iT with the lace, and I worry with the veil having a different lace pattern from the dress that they make the look too busy. I tried on a few embroidered veils with it, and ultimately decided on a raw edge cathedral veil. I’ll try and post a picture for you!!! You look beautiful in it!!! Congratulations !!!

jrfindl:  i made it! It is super duper easy,, and is way cheaper than buying one!! I measured from where i want it to sit on my head to where I want it to hit the floor, and then bought that much ivory tulle! I cut the edges to make it an oval shape (im having a blusher at the front) and then measured back the length of the blusher from the edge and hand sewed in a little plastic hair comb! Easy peasy!! 🙂 it saves a ton of money. I didnt finish the edge because I think the raw edge on a veil looks more ethereal and gives a better look against the dress.

If you really love the veil you pictured above, i would suggest finding a place where you csn try it on with your dress – and when you have them on together take SEVERAL pictures of yourself from a few angles to see if you really love them together. You are the one eho has to love your wedding accessories!!

Please let me know what you decide!!! 🙂 you look great in “our dress!” You will be a beautiful bride! 🙂
