It's a fairly un-embellished dress, so I think some drama with a long veil would be great! Good luck with your choice.
I think a sassy (maybe even poufy) elbow length veil would look great!
I would say birdcage IF you were doing an updo, but they look strange to me with long hair down.
I'd say go with the shortest choice other than bird cage (sorry... not too up on my veil vocab; bee-lined straight for birdcages myself and never looked back)
I said fingertip, because that's about the length where the dress flares out and I think with a simple dress, you can have a dramatic veil. I'm not sure birdcages work, anyway, with long, down hair.
Fingertip would be pretty, but if you want high drama full length, go for it. You don't get to wear a veil very often :)
I would go for a waltz-length veil, which is a little longer than fingertip.
I vote birdcage!! I love bircage veils with slim fitting dresses, I just think they're so glam!
I think It has a lot to do with the length of your hair, persionaly i think the vale should be longer than you hair, and if your brides mades are in ivory you might also wont more than a bird cage so you stand out.
Though with a beach I would stay away from the floor length (eeekk sand).
Try on leads with the dress and have fun choosing
This might be a silly question, but what color is your dress going to be?
I'm not usually one to immediately jump on the bird cage bandwagon but if your hair is shorter (kind of like the model's) I think it would look amazing!
Another thought would be one that's shoulder length. Mine came down to the top of my dress and I loved it. It gives you the short sassiness while still being very much a veil. I can probably round up a picture of it if you need an example.
Hey everyone! So I wanted to say thank you soooo much for all your input! I have finally come to a decision! I am going to go with.....
.....a loooong veil AND a birdcage veil!! I will have the long one for the ceremony and pictures on the beach with the wind blowing it all around, and towards the end of the photo shoot I'll switch to the birdcage and wear it for our little reception!
I'm so excited, I can't wait. My hair trial is this Saturday!!!

Ok, so I know I've already asked this question but I think it will be more fun as a poll and easier to see what everyone thinks!
Our wedding is small (25-30) people and we will take pictures on the beach. I haven't decided but will either wear my hair all down and wavy with extensions or loosly pulled back with curls. I chose a bridesmaid dress in ivory to stay on budget.
