@sherbert:  etsy!  I got my veil on etsy for $20.  Granted, it was a very simple veil, but I imagine you could find any veil you want on etsy for less than 1/2 of what you would pay in a store.

designer veils are expensive and even no name veils at most bridal shops are expensive.  i bought 4 veils and then decided i wanted a silk tulle veil and was set on making it myself.  i did a test run using cheap tulle from joann’s.  i was surprised how easy it was.  why did i buy sara gabriel veils?

where are you in colorado?  i have about 12 combs (plastic and metal) and probably enough tulle to make a long veil.

if you’re not crafty, you can look in the classifieds for unworn veils for a fraction of the price.  your seamstress can also make one for you.
