Yes, but it was placed on top of my head (or under my "up-do") and dropped down the back. : (58 votes)

Really, the best thing to do is go try some on. I think blusher veils are really pretty, and I thought I would wear one – until I tried it on. Turns out I personally don’t look good with that style, my veil looks much prettier trailing behind. So looking at pictures and getting opinions from others is fine and all, but you won’t really know until you see for yourself how you look in a blusher with your dress, etc.

I am getting a two layer one, so the top layer will be over my face and the bottom layer down my back as I walk down the aisle

Here is my veil… – worn down the back only. My fiance nixed the over the face idea.

    And here’s one i LOVED had I chosen a more simple dress…

I wanted a cathedral-length veil, but that just isn’t happening. I’m getting an elbow-length one and wearing it in my hair down my back.

I really wanted a long veil with a blusher… yea not happening. Fingertip veil looked the best.. and the way I’m wearing my hair won’t look good with a blusher (don’t know the exact style yet but have an idea)…

I really don’t think people will judge you for what kind of veil you would like to wear! Wear what you like! I went with a very short veil, while everyone told me to go for a much longer one, but that wasn’t what I wanted. In the end, I got what I wanted, and loved how it looked!

    I’m wearing a blusher, and I’m so not traditional. I think they’re beautiful. : )

I’ll be having a cathedral length veil and will not be wearing it over my face (as per fiancé’s request).

I want a veil but it will not go over my face. It will go down my back, now, how long will it be will be determined at a later date…
