I’ve been told that vendor meals go to anyone who a) has it in their contract or b) is working over four hours.  🙂

I have to agree with the other pp. Definitely anyone that has it in their contract, but also anyone there for a long period of time. We are giving them to our photographer and DJ. If we decide on a day of coordinator, then we will be giving them one as well.

We bought them for our Photog and Videog (worked 8 hours), and DJ (worked 4 hrs plus set-up).  Yeah, what they all said…. check the contract.

I would say no for the artist, especially since she probably won’t be taking a break. Unless your caterer provides it for free (ours does for 50%), in which case you could treat her to a meal after she finishes.

No I don’t think the artist gets a meal.

We had one for the DJ, Videographer and Photographer.

Our photographer and videographer got a meal because they were with us all day. If a vendor is only there for two hours, I don’t think you need to supply a meal.
