(Closed) Vendor Problem?

I’d be fairly concerned, but I also haven’t placed an order on etsy before.  Does she have feedback, she may be extremely busy right now (no excuse) but it is bridal season so that may be a part of the delay.

What is her feedback rating?

also, keep in mind that many etsy vendors are small biz people. She may be just as surprised by it as you and could simply be trying to find a solution to resolve this and the more emails she gets, the shorter is in response. I mean, at least she’s responding. I wouldn’t totally lose faith yet, if she cuts off all contact you can report it on etsy I think

That’s really stressful. I’d be a little concerned, but she still may come through. Knowing her rating & comments could also help you decide how worried to be.
