    I was the same way but DH, FI at the time, said that one week was reasonable in non-bride world, haha.  She may have a good reason for not getting back to you yet.  I would call her.  Maybe she didn’t get your emails: connection problems, spam folder, etc.  On the other hand, if the second florist’s estimate was reasonable, you might just go with her and not hassle with the fist lady.  Personally, if vendors weren’t good at getting back to me by email, I tended to move on because I didn’t want to deal with that in the months ahead.

    You may have the wrong e-mail address. I would call her again to make sure. This happened to me with my venue. They said they e-mailed me to introduce my wedding coordinator, but I never got it. They sent it to the wrong e-mail.
