I've been meaning to post this review for quite sometime but it slipped my mind until recently.

Dwayne Grayman catered my engagement party back in October and did a fantastic job. We had a four hour cocktail party where Dwayne created a signature cocktail named after me and my fiance which was absolutely delicious and we also had four hours of passed hors d'ouevres. We had a total of 12-15 different types of hors d'ouvres and everything was absolutely delicious. He also prepared a delicious, three-tier buttercream for us (My fiance and I do not like fondant) which was a huge hit at the party.

If any of you girls are looking to hire a caterer in New York City Area, I highly recommend Dwayne. He caters a lot of parties for people on Broadway and a couple of different socialites and everyone has given him great reviews.

Dwayne is also able to work with a variety of different budgets and also does floral design arrangements for those of you who are interested.
