I used Jadetime.com for my wedding back in March 2010. They are great. I purchased paper lanterns and parasols for my wedding. They also have a physical store in Los Angeles, CA. My cousin used them about 2 years ago for her wedding and my friend is getting married at the end of the month and she is using them, too.
They definitely have the best prices.

I also highly recommend them, their customer service and prices are top notch! They also have awesome quality stuff. They went to a TON of trouble to find me a certain parasol that they didn't carry (and apparently neither does anyone else who sells in the US). They got me one of them, and sold it to me at cost just to be awesome. I can't say better things about them.
